For a straightforward project — say, four to eight workbenches and a couple of fume hoods — we usually deliver and install within five to seven weeks from confirmed order. Larger or more complex projects take longer and we agree on the timeline upfront. We do not give you an optimistic estimate and then ask for extensions.
Yes, all our furniture comes with a warranty and we remain reachable after the project is closed. If something needs adjusting, repairing, or replacing down the line, you call us directly — not a call centre. Most of our Baddi clients have been with us for multiple projects precisely because of this.
Yes. We work with labs of all sizes. We will be honest with you about what fits your budget and what does not, and we will help you prioritise. Sometimes it makes more sense to invest in a quality workbench and a simpler storage unit than to compromise on everything. We would rather give you good advice than a big invoice.
